Monsoon is lightweight, windproof, waterproof, made with mechanical stretch, and features a soft, quiet hand feel with excellent drape. The zip through collar is equipped with chin guard and the pockets are zipped to secure your valuables. Monsoon is packable and stows away in its own pocket.
